Headwaters residents can enjoy the split-level resort-style pool and splash pad that’s basically in their backyard, and now you can too! Bring the whole family for a refreshing day of fun. You can relax in the shaded lounge areas with a good book, or take a cool dip in the pool and soak in the amazing panoramic views. The kids will have a blast splashing and playing in the pool, and even the youngest members of your family will have a day of fun at the splash pad. It’ll be easy to imagine spending summer days here with the kids, or taking a romantic after-dark swim with your significant other.
Break a Sweat
Just a few steps away from the pool is HW Fit, Headwaters’ very own state-of-the-art fitness center. With all of the fitness equipment you could ever need, plus instructor-led classes and Wellbeats™ virtual fitness classes available on demand, Headwaters residents will never need a gym membership again. For the first time ever, you can come and try out this amazing gym! Take a spin on one of the Expresso bikes, jog on the treadmill or work on your reps, all while enjoying Headwaters’ trademark Hill Country views through floor-to-ceiling windows. Make sure to stop and chat with one of our professional fitness trainers! Residents can make appointments to meet with them and get help in reaching their personal fitness goals.

Come tour the beautiful, fully-furnished model homes by Headwaters’ three premier homebuilders, Drees Custom Homes, David Weekley Homes and Trendmaker Homes to receive your Day Pass! With thousands of personalization options and dozens of floor plans to choose from, you’ll be able to create a home that’s uniquely tailored to you and your family. Models are open Monday-Saturday from 10am to 6pm, and Sundays from noon to 6pm.
