Lennar Joins Builder Roster at N.C. MP

Will build 54 homes at Legacy at Jordan Lake in Chapel Hill.
Freehold Communities, developer of Vital Communities nationwide, has selected Lennar as the newest builder for Legacy at Jordan Lake, a master-planned community in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
Lennar will debut a collection of 54 thoughtfully designed single-family detached residences at Legacy. Construction is underway on the community and model home. A grand opening is anticipated for this spring.
The new Lennar neighborhood will feature a variety of home designs ranging from 2,644 to 3,453 square feet, with up to six bedrooms and up to five baths. The residences are designed with transitional-style architecture.
