Freehold Communities Announces Three New Collections for Next Phase of Homes at Miralon
Residential collections by homebuilders Lennar and PLC Communities are coming soon to the popular, sustainably designed “agrihood” in Palm Springs
January 24, 2024– Palm Springs, California – Freehold Communities®, one of the nations’ most vibrant and forward-looking developers of residential communities, today announced three new collections in the next phase of homes at Miralon, the popular, sustainably designed “agrihood” community in Palm Springs.
The new phase will feature homes by two acclaimed builders: Lennar and PLC Communities. Both builders bring a wealth of local experience in the Coachella Valley. PLC Communities previously built and sold out its Aura neighborhood at Miralon, while Lennar will make its debut in the community.
In these upcoming phases, Miralon will offer new single-family homes on 50’ and 60’ lots as well as “duet” residences. Lennar and PLC Communities anticipate unveiling new models for sale in late 2024 / early 2025.
The announcement comes as most of the previously released residential collections at Miralon are sold out, leading to pent-up demand for additional new-home opportunities.
