The Homestead Way of Life
Homestead, a new home community located outside of San Antonio, was meticulously designed for today’s way of life. From the stunning homes that make everyday life easier, to the thoughtful amenities that bring residents together – care was taken with each and every detail. But the real shining jewel of Homestead? The lifestyle. Life here is less like living in a neighborhood, and more like living at a resort with all of your closest friends.
Amenities
Homestead will feature vacation-style amenities that you won’t find elsewhere in the area. Homestead Commons will be the heart of the community, and here you’ll find the resort-style pool and splash pad for the kids. With a state-of-the-art Fitness Center, you can say goodbye to that expensive gym membership, because you’ll have everything you need for your favorite workout routine just down the road from home. On the weekend, you can head out to the covered pavilion with a fireplace and grills to barbecue with neighbors and roast s’mores. And connecting it all will be nearly five miles of trails that wind throughout the community, making it easy to fit in a morning jog or take a relaxing stroll through nature.
Lifestyle Programming
But what really makes life at Homestead so different is the year-round lifestyle programming put on by our Lifestyle Director. Programming takes advantage of everything Homestead has to offer – pool parties, camping on the great lawn, walking clubs on the trails, classes at the fitness center and holiday parties are just a few of the options. And with programming happening year-round, there’s always something exciting to look forward to!
Beyond planning fun events for residents to attend, our Lifestyle Director plays an important role in helping residents get to know one another. After settling in to their new home, our Lifestyle Director will reach out to residents and get to know them better. Their interests help influence the types of activities offered, but our Lifestyle Director will also help connect residents with shared interests. That way, you don’t need to worry about finding new friends – the Lifestyle Director has it covered!
