Take a Tour of Arden’s Amenities
Arden is a community like no other. With so many thoughtfully designed amenities at your fingertips, like a split-level resort-style pool, 20+ miles of trails, year-round community programming and even a five-acre working farm, everyday feels like a vacation at Arden. But don’t just take our word for it. Take a tour of Arden’s amenities and see what life could be like in the agrihood.
The community Clubhouse is the heart of Arden. Here, residents meet up for everything from craft workshops to holiday parties, all put on by our Lifestyle Director. A coffee bar, comfortable seating and complimentary Wi-Fi make this a perfect spot to work from home or let the kids get some homework done. Downstairs, you can work up a sweat at the Fitness Center, with the help of state-of-the-art equipment.
Take a step outside and you’ll see the sparkling resort-style pool. Designed with everyone in mind, it features a relaxing upper pool complete with lounge areas, as well as a playful lower pool with a splash pad for the littles. It even has a special sound-dampening waterfall in between!
Grab a seat with a view in one of the various gathering spaces throughout the Clubhouse. Cozy up to the fireplace when the weather is cool, or meet up with friends and neighbors to celebrate summer with s’mores.
And you can’t forget about the shining jewel of Arden. The five-acre working farm and community Barn are one of the most unique aspects of life at Arden. Residents can volunteer to get their hands dirty and help the Farm Directors cultivate the crop, or go for a stroll through the fields. Residents even receive regular Farm Shares of what’s grown at the farm! And at the Barn, residents can take part in events and activities like planting parties or cooking demonstrations, or purchase surplus produce and locally sourced products, like honey and snacks, at the Farm Store.
Connecting it all are 20+ miles of scenic trails, with benches and a gazebo along the way so you can stop to soak it all in. Go for a romantic evening stroll, bike to the Clubhouse for a dip in the pool, or take the kids on a scenic hike and see what wildlife you can spot along the way.
There’s even more to discover at Arden. Visit the Clubhouse from 10am to 6pm Monday through Saturday, and noon to 5pm on Sunday to see it all firsthand. And in the meantime, make sure to join our Founders Club to receive news and updates.
