Palm Beach County, FL (November 20, 2019) – The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) recently announced that Arden, South Florida’s extraordinary and first “Agrihood,” was selected as a finalist for The Nationals 2020 Gold Award for “Master Planned Community of the Year,” among multiple other award categories. NAHB’s largest and most prestigious awards competition, The Nationals recognizes communities throughout North America for outstanding achievements in best new homes sales and marketing. The Gold Award winners will be officially announced at NAHB’s The Nationals Gala premier event at Caesars Palace Las Vegas on January 21, 2020, in conjunction with the International Builders Show.

The community combines the beauty of mother nature and country living with all the modern conveniences of city life.

With 20 miles of skillfully mapped and landscaped scenic walking, hiking and biking trails, residents can fish, canoe and kayak around beautiful Arden Lake. And nearly every homesite in the community backs up to a park, greenway or nature trail.
