A Year in Review

What an amazing year 2019 has been for Shearwater! This new home community in St. Augustine, Florida has grown and changed in some exciting ways over the past 12 months, with a new builder in the Shearwater family and an award for its innovative design.

An Award-Winning Community

Shearwater was honored at this year’s Southeast Building Conference Aurora Awards. Thanks to its thoughtful planning and creative use of land, Shearwater won the Grand Award for Best Community Site Plan. And in the near future, Lennar and Dream Finders Homes will offer even more options for townhomes at Shearwater.
