The Gold Nugget Awards
Headwaters won a national Grand Award for the Best Community Land Plan at the 56th Annual Gold Nugget Awards in San Francisco this year. The Gold Nugget Awards showcase the leading trends in design, planning and building, with national and international entries. The Nationals
The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) also honored Headwaters at The Nationals this year, presenting the community with the Gold Award for Best Landscape Design for a Master-Planned Community. The Nationals is NAHB’s largest and most prestigious awards competition, and honors the best in the building industry. Headwaters was chosen for its emphasis on historical and natural preservation, with its more than 1,000 acres of open space and abundant wildlife.
