2019 Was a Big Year at Arden
2019 was a big year for Arden, a new home community situated in Palm Beach County, Florida. Not only are new residents moving in every day and taking advantage of everything this community has to offer, but this year saw some big milestones. From award-winning designs to brand new amenities, a lot happened at Arden in 2019.
Amenities
This year, residents were able to take full advantage of Arden’s resort-style amenities, especially with the grand opening of the Lakehouse. Taking a refreshing dip in the pool, reading in the shaded lounge areas nearby, kayaking along the mile-long Arden lake, exploring the miles of trails – life here feels like a 24-hour vacation! And let’s not forget the year-round calendar of events and activities planned by our Lifestyle Director. Holiday parties, kids’ crafts, and wine and cheese nights were just a few of the events that residents enjoyed.
This year also marked the grand opening of Arden’s most unique amenity, the 5-acre working Farm and Barn! With the Farm officially open, Arden residents can enjoy regular shares of fresh, delicious produce grown right down the road from home. They can also take advantage of the Barn, which houses the onsite Farm Store as well as an event space where our Farm Directors can chat with residents and host events like organic gardening classes and cooking demonstrations utilizing produce from the Farm.
Awards
To top it all off, Arden received multiple prestigious awards through the year for its amenities and design. At this year’s Southeast Building Conference Aurora Awards, an organization that recognizes outstanding projects across the United States, Arden was honored to receive the Grand Award for Masterplan Community of the Year. At the same event, Arden was recognized with a Grand Award for Best Community Amenity for the 5-acre working Farm and Barn. And thanks to the variety of vacation-worthy amenities and thoughtful land plan, Arden was even received a Silver Award for Best Community Site Plan.
